We are home to several organizations, such as Austin Progressive Potluckers, Austin Permaculture Guild and Windsor Park Community Gardens.  On this site, you can find out about upcoming progressive events, you can post events, you can find and post interesting and useful resources, and you can rate events and resources. 

The site is written using Drupal, an open-source PHP content management system, so some content is devoted to using and understanding Drupal.

About me:
A native guitar-totin' Austinite by way of South Africa.  I started learning Permaculture in 2001 and began teaching the following year. I started this site because Austin needed a home for progressive events and Permaculture resources. We have a great list of local, regional, national and international Permaculture resources. The site grew organically over time to include other groups and interests.
